Rubber annular conveyor belt refers to the annular conveyor belt which has been made into connectionless conveyor belt in the production process. The strength of the belt core joint can reach 90% of the strength of the belt body, and there is no obvious joint defect on the surface of the belt. Therefore, the belt transportation is balanced and the use of elongation is small. The belt core is made of high-quality cotton or vinylon interwoven canvas.

Rubber annular conveyor belt can be divided into M, L, H and other types according to the tensile strength of the belt body. The corresponding tensile strength is as follows:

M type: Its core is made of high quality vinyl cotton interwoven canvas, 2-6 layers in general, 7.5mm-20mm in rubber thickness; L type is made of NN-200 nylon canvas (or polyester canvas > as strong layer, 2-6 layers in general, 7.500mm-20mm in rubber thickness.

Type H: Nylon canvas type NN-300 (or polyester canvas > is used as strength layer, 2-4 layers in general, and the total thickness of tape is 7.500 mm-20 mm.

The maximum width of the tape is 3100 mm. According to its performance, it can provide normal, heat-resistant, cold-resistant (no less than - 4 C > acid-alkali resistant, electrostatic conductive, high-temperature resistant (no higher than 150 C > and sanitary type, etc.).
